Is there seating?

There are lounge and seating areas, but they are limited and not assigned — Charleston Wonderland is a dancing, interactive experience.

What is included at the bar?

Everything offered at our bars is included with your ticket. Expect a variety of premium liquors, wine, beer, seltzers, and champagne.

What is the dress code?

We do not have a specific dress-code and simply say “Dress to Impress” — it's New Year's Eve!

What type of music will be played?

Expect a mix of high-energy party music — Top 40, funk, soul, dance classics, and more.

Do you offer refunds?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for Charleston Wonderland.

Is Charleston Wonderland an all-ages event?

This is a 21+ event. Valid photo ID is required for entry and must be presented for all drink purchases.

Where exactly is Festival Hall located in Charleston?

Festival Hall is located at 56 Beaufain Street, Charleston, SC 29401 — in the heart of downtown Charleston, SC.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

We typically sell out before New Year's Eve. Advance purchase is strongly recommended. However if we have tickets left we will sell them at the door — keep an eye on our social media announcements!

Do you offer dinner or a buffet?

We do not. However, we do serve lite bites throughout the evening but strongly encourage guests to eat prior to arriving.

Is there parking at Festival Hall?

Several parking garages are within walking distance. However, we recommend using Uber or Lyft for safety and convenience.

What time should I arrive at Charleston Wonderland?

Doors open at 8:30 PM — however if you want to avoid the rush or any lines, we recommend arriving between 9:00–10:00 PM.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We offer a wide variety of options designed to accommodate just about everyone — including non-alcoholic beverages. For specific allergy related concerns, please contact us in advance.

Can I leave and come back?

Re-entry is permitted before 11:30PM with wrist band.
